Exam Pod (“the App”) is an exam portal for live voice calls and AI-powered evaluation. This policy describes what information we collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide (such as email and name) to authenticate you and deliver assignments, live voice exams, transcripts, and scores. During exams we process microphone audio to run the voice session. Session recordings, transcripts, and evaluation results are stored on our servers for scoring and review under your organization’s policies.

Device storage

The App stores an authentication token on your device so you can stay signed in. Optional developer settings may store an API endpoint override on the device only.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the exam platform: login, assignment delivery, live exam sessions, scoring, and results. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use third-party processors to run live voice sessions and related speech and evaluation features (for example, real-time media, speech recognition, language models, and text-to-speech). They process data only as needed to provide those services.

Microphone

Microphone access is required for live exams and is requested when you start an exam.
