These terms govern your use of Exam Pod, an exam portal for live voice calls and AI evaluation. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access may be provided through your organization; additional organization rules may apply.
Voice sessions and recordings
Live exams use your microphone. By starting an exam, you consent to processing of your audio for the session, including transcription and evaluation. Session audio, transcripts, and scores may be stored for scoring and review as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account or attempt to access another user’s account
- Interfere with exams, scoring, or platform security
- Misuse the service in a way that harms other users or the platform
- Use the App except as permitted by your organization and these terms
AI evaluation
Scores and feedback may be generated in part by automated systems. Organizations may review or adjust results. Exam Pod does not guarantee any particular outcome for an exam.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time.
